How your payment is protected

All payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the payment providers shown at checkout. Your card details are entered directly into their secure systems — we never see, handle or store your full card number.

Every page of this store is served over an encrypted SSL/TLS connection, shown by the padlock in your browser. Card data is handled in line with PCI-DSS Level 1, the highest level of payment security certification.

What we collect

When you order we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number and order details. When you browse we collect basic device and usage data through cookies to keep the store working and to understand what is useful.

Why we collect it

To process and ship your order, send order updates, handle returns and support requests, prevent fraud, and — only if you have opted in — send marketing email. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to get your order to you: Shopify (our store platform), our payment processors, and our shipping and fulfilment partners. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to function, plus analytics cookies that help us improve the store. You can block cookies in your browser, though some parts of the store may stop working.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ianarielk@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as we are legally required to for tax and accounting purposes, and marketing contact details until you unsubscribe.
