Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. If you are outside the US we are not able to complete your order yet — join our email list and we will let you know when we open up your region.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge at checkout. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay.

Order processing

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery within the United States typically takes around 10 business days. Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking link is emailed to you when the order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email ianarielk@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within around 10 business days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email ianarielk@gmail.com with your order number and we will make it right — either a replacement or a full refund.
