Our 60-Day Glow-Up Guarantee

Use Golden Peel Shot for a full 60 days. If you are not happy with your skin, email ianarielk@gmail.com with your order number and we will refund you in full — even if the bottle is empty. You do not need to send anything back for a guarantee claim.

Change-of-mind returns

If you simply change your mind, you can return unopened, unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

To start a return, email ianarielk@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you a return address. Please do not post anything back before contacting us — returns received without prior authorisation cannot be processed.

You are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email ianarielk@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full including postage, and we will cover return shipping.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Email ianarielk@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it falls under the returns process above.

Items we cannot accept

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on product that has been opened or used. This does not affect guarantee claims, faulty items, or your rights under consumer law.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
