This store is operated by Aphrae ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

Golden Peel Shot is a cosmetic exfoliating product. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition. Product images are illustrative; packaging may vary.

4. Patch testing and safe use

Always patch test on a small area of skin before first use. Do not use on broken, sunburnt or freshly shaved skin, or on the face, eyes or intimate areas. Acids increase sensitivity to sunlight — use SPF on treated areas. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a skin condition, or use prescription retinoids or acids, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include any applicable taxes shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where a price was listed in error.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, payment is declined, or we suspect fraud — and we will refund you in full if we do.

7. Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

8. Reviews and testimonials

Customer reviews shown on this site reflect individual experiences. Results vary between people and are not guaranteed.

9. Our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, branding and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
